Some of the most profitable items are Canned Pineapples, Pineapple juice, jam, candy etc.

Pineapples Harvesting: Growing and Harvesting Pineapples is a back breaking, and Painstaking process. Pineapples take 18 to 24 months to fully grow. Pineapples grow low to the ground; the part that people eat actually grows in the ground.

Canning process of Pineapple: Pineapples, unlike most other Fruit, contain an Enzyme called Bromelain, that breaks up the gelatin into it's amino acid building blocks.
